Cardiology Consultations
Consultations may be requested using our Diagnostic Centre requisition form. A specific cardiologist may be requested or you may request the first available cardiologist. If you choose the latter, we will arrange an appointment with the cardiologist with the shortest waiting list.
All referrals can be faxed to 905-849-8266.
Cardiology Diagnostic Services
We provide a full range of cardiac diagnostic testing including:
Cardiac Nuclear Perfusion Imaging (at the Oakville Hospital)
All tests performed in our Diagnostic Centre are supervised and interpreted by cardiologists certified by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
Cardiac testing can be arranged by completing the requisition form and faxing it to 905-849-8266. The patient and your office will be informed of the appointment by our staff. If you would like to speak to one of our staff members about a booking, you can call the Booking Line at 905-849-9367.
