General Information
Patients who require a Cardiology consultation must be referred by their family physician or by one of their treating physicians (ie. specialist). Once the referral has been received, the information will be reviewed and both you and the referring physician will be informed of the appointment. Visits may take place at our Cardiology office on Dorval Drive in Oakville, ON (see Maps & Directions) or at the Oakville Hospital’s Cardiology Department (click here for directions).
